Laconia's Temple B'nai Israel Jewish Food Festival Opens Pre-Order to Public Through June 7, 2015 Temple B'nai Israel of Laconia opened up its preorder process to the general public for the first time, now through June 7, 2015 because of last year?s record breaking attendance. Preordering had previously only been available to TBI congregants. In order not to disappoint Jewish food connoisseurs as well as rookies, TBI established a preorder menu so that they will be able to get the foods they crave in the quantities they desire. Preordering is online at www.tbinh.org and ends on June 7th. After June 7th, the only way to taste these delectable foods is to attend the Jewish Food Festival itself on July 12th from 11:00-2:00PM. To place preorders and get more information on the foods being offered as well as prices, go to www.tbinh.org. Most major credit cards (see specifics on the site) and PayPal payments are accepted. Pick-up for all preorders will be on Saturday, July 11th between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM OR at the Festival itself on July 12th from 11:00AM-2:00PM. All pick-ups will be at Temple B?nai Israel on 210 Court St. in Laconia. For preorders of $65.00 or greater, you will receive a copy of the TBI cookbook from which many of the prized recipes are derived. All foods are homemade. The pre-order menu includes blintzes, chopped herring, chopped chicken liver, mock chopped liver (vegetarian), brisket, corned beef, pastrami, tongue, meat knishes, potato knishes, latkes (potato pancakes) matzo ball soup, noodle kugel, stuffed cabbage, rugelach, and strudel.
