MEMORIAL DAY CELEBRATIONS
Laconia Memorial Day Parade Steps off at 10am starting at Wyatt Street on South Main Street, marching down Main Street to Veteran's Square. For more info, contact Bill North at VFW at 603.524.9725.
Alton Memorial Day Parade starts at 10am and runs from Monument Square to Riverside Cemetary then back to Monument Square for a concluding ceremony.
Meredith Celebrations for American Legion Post 33. 8am service at Oakland Cemetery, 9am service at Meredith Village Cemetery. Parade begins at 9:50am from Plymouth St at Post 33 parking lot to the Library for a 10am ceremony, 10:15am ceremony at Swazey Cemetery, 10:45am POW/MIA memorial service at Heskey Park.
Gilford Memorial Day Observances beginning with a Parade at 9:30am and heading from Community Church parking lot to World War I & II Veterans Memorial and then to Pine Grove Cemetary.
Belmont Parade begins at 1pm from Belmont Middle School to the Veterans Memorial on Main Street for a ceremony.
Center Harbor Memorial Day Parade at Noon, route runs from Chase Circle to the Congregational Church with stops at library and town docks.
Moultonborough Memorial Day Parade starts at 10am from Blake Road to Town Hall with a celebration and ceremony to follow.
Tilton will observe Memorial Day with a Parade starting at 9am running from Winnisquam High School parking lot with ceremonies at Park Cemetery, Winnipesaukee River and the monument in front of Town Hall. NH Veterans Home will hold a coffee social at 10:15am and ceremony at 11am.
Bristol will hold a Memorial Day Parade from the Freudenberg parking lot at 9:30am and running to Homeland Cemetery, then Musgrove Bridge and Newfound Middle School.
