DESCRIPTION:Come join us for the Fifth Annual RSB Lakes Region for Parkinson's 5K Run/Walk Saturday September 23\, 2023! The race will raise funds for Rock Steady Boxing Lakes Region's Adopt-A-Boxer program\, equipment and training. These classes have proven that anyone\, at any level of Parkinson's\, can actually lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life.\n\nThis year we have added a $5 early bird discount if you register before September15th!\n\n($20 adults and $15 for kids 14 and under). \n\nRegular Registration (Sept 16 through Sept. 21) will be $25 adults\, $20 for kids 14 and under. \n\nRace Day registration $30 adults and $25 youth.\n\nIf you cannot participate this year but still wish to support our cause\, you still may donate by clicking on the "Donate" tab above.
