Made from wood\, stone\, baked clay or glass they were the heroes of the kitchen. Today they are still an essential tool for most culinary enthusiasts. League juried wood workers have created beautiful rolling pins made from maple\, cherry\, and walnut in both the traditional style and the French style. Other kitchen essentials included in the exhibit are batter bowls\, pie plates\, aprons\, and potholders.
