DESCRIPTION:Participants will be immersed in the peacefulness of nature as they practice yoga on snowshoes\, which help keep yogis on top of the snow and provide a more stable base. Experience inner calm and a sense of wellness in nature with yoga poses\, a guided walking mediation and this introduction to shinrin-yoku\, or "forest bathing."
