New Hampshire’s Newest Luxury Resort & Spa is Looking to Fill Front and Back-of House Positions at this Exclusive Open House-style Job Fair in Laconia, NH
OPEN POSITIONS:
The property will offer 96 oversized, custom-designed guest rooms and 18 luxurious suites, each exuding an elevated New England aesthetic inspired by the surrounding natural beauty. More than 70% of the rooms offer direct views of the lake, while others overlook lush woodlands. Many guest rooms will also feature private balconies or patios. All suites will be enhanced by cozy fireplaces, and most will include balconies or patios with captivating lake views. All guest rooms and suites will be equipped with state-of-the art technology seamlessly blending understated elegance, luxurious comfort and state of the art-technology throughout the property.
The Lake Estate on Winnisquam will be home to a luxurious world-class 5,000 sq. ft. full-service spa offering resort and day spa guests nature-inspired services of massages, facials, body treatments and wellness therapies with minerals and botanicals inspired by the local landscape. The Spa will offer eight treatment rooms, men’s and women’s locker rooms each with dry saunas, two large relaxation lounges with a double-sided fireplace overlooking the orchard, an additional 1,500 sq. ft. terrace with a year-round outdoor heated mineral spa, meditation garden, and dedicated spa fire pit.
In addition, the property is poised to become the new premier wedding destination in New Hampshire. The Lake Estate on Winnisquam is intentionally designed to be a year-round venue for everything from grand occasions to private intimate ceremonies, micro-weddings and elopements to larger celebrations for up to 220 guests. WHO, WHAT & WHY: The Lake Estate on Winnisquam, a new 114-room independent luxury resort & 5,000 sq.ft. spa, inspired by New Hampshire’s Grand Hotels of yesteryear and modeled after a grand private lake estate, is slated to open its doors in August in Tilton, NH. The Lake Estate on Winnisquam is now hiring top talent who are motivated, authentic and service-oriented and share a love for exceptional hospitality. The Lake Estate on Winnisquam is the most anticipated new luxury resort & spa to open in New Hampshire and is being developed to be the state’s first Forbes Five-Star and/or AAA Five-Diamond rated luxury property (pending inspections etc.). An open-house-style job fair will be taking place on Thurs., June 5 & Thurs., June 12 in Laconia, NH to fill all open positions in the front and back-of-house in Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Housekeeping, Culinary, SPA and more with full-time (plus a comprehensive benefits package), part-time and seasonal options.
