Leadership Lab | March 3 - April 7
A 6-week leadership intensive for leaders ready to stop reacting and start creating culture.
You'll learn: self-awareness in your emotional state and energy, active listening that creates real impact, time and energy management without distractions, delegation that actually sticks, and how to be the thermostat—setting the temperature instead of just responding to it.
This isn't theory. This is practical, applied work that changes how you show up starting Week One.
