Join us for a hands-on, 3-hour cooking workshop where you’ll learn to craft fresh semolina pasta dough from scratch and prepare a classic pomodoro sauce—one of Italy’s most beloved dishes. Perfect for beginners and food lovers alike, this class offers expert guidance, delicious tastings, and plenty of tips you can take home and use in your own kitchen. Each student will receive recipes to recreate the dishes at home, as well as fresh pasta and sauce to take with them. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before registration.
