Again this year we have added a $5 early bird discount if you register before September 12, 2026 ($20 adults and $15 for kids 14 and under). Regular Registration (September 14 through Sept. 18) will be $25 adults, $20 for kids 14 and under. Race Day registration $30 adults and $25 youth.

Come join us for the 8th Annual Rock Steady Boxing Lakes Region for Parkinson's 5K Run/Walk on Saturday September 19, 2026. The event begins at 9:00 AM at our headquarters, located at The Downtown Gym, 171 Fair Street, Laconia, NH. The race will raise funds for Rock Steady Boxing Lakes Region's Adopt-A-Boxer program, equipment and training. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson's, can lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life.
