Somatic Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Incan Chakra Illumination Healing

This 2 hours & 15-minute session invites you to experience the subtle power of Somatic Yoga - gaining insight on where you hold imbalances. We will dive deeper into the root of those imbalances by tracking something that is currently weighing on your mind to the oldest most conscious memory connected to the current energy block.

From there, the focus is to release the block it from its original wound. This current imbalance could be manifesting on the physical, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual level. This practice originates with the Q'ero Shamans of South America and is one of Stacey's favorite practices because of its simplicity.
