Spring Birding
Description
In partnership with the Squam Lakes Conservation Society, the Science Center is offering weekly bird ID programs. Join Iain MacLeod, Bob Ridgely, Rick Van de Poll, or Tony Vazzano on this series of beginnign birding programs. Learn to identify the huge variety of birds that fill our woods, meadows, and wetlands each spring. Explore a variety of habitats in the Lakes Region. Learn identification by sight and sound and build upon your bird ID skills each week. Iain will lead trips on May 17, 24, 31,and June 21; Rick Van de Poll on June 14: Tony Vazzano on June 21; and Bob Ridgely on June 28.
Cost per program: $12/SLNSC or SLCS member; $15/non-member.
