Description
Join Yoga from the Heart for a one-day Yoga Winter Renewal Retreat! The day will include guided meditation with Clare Persson, Yin Yoga & crystal singing bowl sound bath with Maya Bhatt-Hardcastle, Vinyasa Yoga with Melissa LeVine, Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Laura Lee. Catering for breakfast & lunch provided by Annie's Catering in Laconia. We will gather at the Belknap Mill in the Rose Chertok Gallery for a full day of Yoga & nourishment for the body & soul. The mid-winter renewal needed in January.
We have space for 30, so reserve your spot now! $200 per person including meals. $100 deposit required to hold your reservation.
