Description
This summer camp at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire in Dover is designed as an advanced course for kids (ages 10–12+) who have taken the beginner camp or who have experience with 3D printers. Campers will have an opportunity to learn how to break down objects into their basic shapes and how complex 3D objects are printed from the ground up. Kids will bring home a complex 3D printed object that they design themselves, as well as try hands-on art and science activities to further explore 3D objects, melting, and matter. Each day starts with playtime in the award-winning museum exhibits. Weather permitting, campers will enjoy outdoor playtime in the park. Campers are asked to pack a water bottle and snack. Cost: $170 (Members $155). Pre-registration and pre-payment required. Limited to 12 children. Please note, this camp is for children ages 10–12. If your child is older than 12, but would like to attend, please contact us to learn more. No refunds unless we can fill your spot. Learn more and register online at www.childrens-museum.org.
