8th Annual FORE The Veterans Golf Tournament

Each June Liberty House, the veteran services program of CCNH, holds their annual FORE the Veterans Golf Tournament in support of their mission and work helping homeless and struggling veterans by connecting them to available resources and providing safe substance-free transitional housing. Since opening their doors, in April of 2004, they have helped over 400 veterans through their residential program and each month assist hundreds of community veterans through their pantry, support groups, and referrals. They do all of this while accepting no federal or state funding to assist in operational costs, allowing them to maintain their zero-tolerance policy within their sober transitional living program. This makes the support of donors and sponsors at fundraiser events all the more crucial to keeping their doors open and services thriving! On June 27th at Stonebridge Country Club, they will be hosting their 8th Annual FORE the Veterans Golf Tournament, a scramble format outing that includes a light breakfast with check-in, raffles, auctions, contests, and a delicious homestyle luncheon at the awards recognition celebration following play. There is an 8:30am shotgun start and prizes will be the top three teams! It’s a fun day for a great cause and we hope you will join us!
