Under the guidance of a professional bartender, you’ll prepare essential components like shrubs, tinctures, infused syrups, and smoked salts or sugars. While full alcoholic beverages won’t be served, you’ll engage in guided tastings to refine your palate and understanding of flavor balance. By the end of the session, you’ll take home your handcrafted ingredients and a comprehensive recipe booklet, empowering you to impress at your next gathering.
