Description
If you're curious about what exactly self-care is and how it can benefit you, this is the perfect opportunity to learn more! Licensed massage therapist Heather Birch Pearl of Insight Therapeutic Massage will explain what self-care is, and provide tips and tricks for reducing stress and improving your mental and physical health through self-care. The program will be held in Golden View's Retreat building at 19 NH Route 104, Meredith.
