Please join Granite VNA and the Lakes Region Chamber as we celebrate the home care and hospice providers in our community as part of National Home Care and Hospice Month. The celebration is an opportunity to enjoy the newly refreshed Opechee Community Room.
Gather at Granite VNA's Laconia Office, 780 North Main Street, Laconia (Parking in the rear of the building).

- Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 9:00am.
