Part 1, July 7: Grant Writing for Beginners: From Idea to Fundable Proposal - VIRTUAL

Participants are introduced to the grant development process, including how to identify and evaluate appropriate funding opportunities. The session focuses on understanding funder priorities and developing clear needs statements, goals, and objectives.
Part 2, July 8: Building Strong Grant Proposals: Budgets, Logic Models, and Evaluation - VIRTUAL Instructor: Melissa Goyait
This class dives into core proposal components, including program narratives, measurable outcomes, logic models, and realistic budgets. Participants actively draft sections of their own proposals with guidance and practical examples.
Part 3, July 13: Grant Success in Practice: Reviewing, Submitting, and Sustaining Funding - VIRTUAL Instructor: Melissa Goyait
Participants continue refining their proposals and prepare them for submission. The series concludes with a capstone group feedback session where participants share their work and receive targeted input to strengthen clarity, competitiveness, and alignment with funder expectations.
