At the same time, learning the difference between mindful journaling and simply keeping a diary. Gentle guidance will help you embrace imperfection, develop a practice that fits your life, and quiet the inner critic. Each session includes a themed guided meditation (such as Loving Kindness or a Healing Waterfall Meditation) and time to write and reflect. Clare incorporates evidence-based practices like “Name it to Tame it” and shares powerful stories (like the Golden Buddha) to bring concepts to life.
