Jewelry Demonstration with Michelle Kolb

Join us on Sunday, July 24th from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM to meet featured artist for July, Michelle Kolb.

Meet Michelle and watch her create her unique style of wearable art, ask questions and enter in the free raffle for one of her necklace and earring sets. Michelle began making jewelry 15 years ago. Without formal training she taught herself beadwork and incorporated precious and semi-precious stones.

Her focus turned to metalsmithing and under the tutelage of League of NH Craftsmen jeweler Karen Mitchell, Michelle learned the skills needed to become a juried member herself. Self-described as “feminine and organic with Victorian influences” her work evokes a timeless elegance.

Using silver, precious and semi-precious stones, pearls and resin Michelle creates a 20th Century take on a classic style.

The mission of the League of NH Craftsmen is to encourage, nurture and promote the creation, use and preservation of fine contemporary and traditional craft through the inspiration and education of artists and the broader community.

Those who wish to participate in the raffle must stop at the store to fill out a ticket.
