Katie Dobbins
Award winning singer-songwriter and light warrior Katie Dobbins seeks to share honest music that captivates listeners and brings light to the darkness. With a mastery of storytelling and the heart of a poet, this soulful songstress captures elements of life and relationships in ways that lift the spirit and challenge the soul. Her album There Is Light, produced by multi-award-winning producer Sean McLaughlin of 37′ Productions, was awarded Album of the Year at the 2021 Limelight Music Awards. Her single There’s a Light, mastered by Grammy-nominated engineer Jeff Lipton, was featured on Spotify’s Editorial playlist. Her music has been featured on prominent radio stations like The River and “Boston’s Hottest Country,” with host Carolyn Kruse raving “Sweet but bold, Katie’s voice is reminiscent of one of her heroes, Jewel, but only deeper… A fearless spirit with a gentle touch.” Dobbins’ latest single Grateful is an ethereal ballad that she describes as divinely downloaded to her in a moment of awe and inspiration. The track was mixed and mastered by Emmy-nominated producer Brian Coombes of Rocking Horse Studio (NH), whom Katie has released several singles with over the past year.

Rebecca Turmel
Rebecca Turmel originally dreamed of a career in musical theatre until she discovered her true calling while teaching herself guitar and crafting adaptations of her favorite songs. She spent several years performing live as a cover artist, and in 2020, she took a bold leap of faith by quitting her day job to pursue a full-time music career. Two years later, she decided to take another step forward and embark on her songwriting journey. Her debut single, “Am I Missing Something,” has over 10,000 streams on Spotify, showcasing her talent for creating infectious tunes and relatable narratives, even in the early stages of her songwriting career. Rebecca Turmel’s music is a captivating blend of diverse influences, reflecting her ongoing exploration of her artistic identity. Her voice, a remarkable fusion of strength and vulnerability, stands out as a powerful instrument that creates personal connections with her audience through her music and storytelling. Come and experience it for yourself at one of her upcoming shows.
Britt Connors
Britt Connors grew up surrounded by music of all kinds: the folk, rock, and jazz of her parents, the classical of her grandparents, and the pop of 80’s and 90’s radio. As such, the music she writes and plays is as eclectic as her background. After graduating from Ithaca College with a degree in vocal performance and teaching voice lessons for a year, she moved to Somerville, MA with the sole purpose of learning guitar, crafting her first songs, and finding her place in the Boston music scene. Along the way, she met and married celebrated drummer Mike Connors, who has played in her band since 2008. Her three albums, The Bad Side of Good (released under her former name of Britt Sawdon), Warmer Season (under Britt Connors and Bourbon Renewal), and Longitude have celebrated her wide-ranging interests and influences, slipping nimbly and authentically between soulful ballads, pop-rock, and gospel-infused Americana. Her fourth work, a 6-song EP called “Exhale” was released November 1st, 2024. The title cut, a whirling ¾ time rocking ballad with cello by Bethany Weiman reflects some of her influences, from Bonnie Raitt to Deb Talan and from Aimee Mann to Jason Isbell. Her stellar band of Boston greats, including Andrew Stern (guitar), Ed Lucie (bass), James Rohr (keys), and horn section led by Jerry Sabatini (trumpet) is featured on each track. When she’s not playing and singing, Britt can be found teaching Pilates in the restored carriage house she shares in Concord, MA with Mike and Ringo the Wonder-Cat.
