Description
Equipped to Care is a dynamic, solutions-focused symposium designed for educators, business leaders, HR professionals, and community stakeholders. This event is for anyone on the frontlines of fostering mental wellness in schools and workplaces.
This one-day symposium brings together experts in mental health, organizational wellness, and trauma-informed care to provide actionable tools, evidence-based strategies, and critical resources. Attendees will be empowered to recognize, respond to, and support mental health challenges in their professional environments.
Through keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and panel discussions, participants will explore the connection between mental health and professional responsibility. You will gain insights into how to create supportive environments where individuals and teams can thrive. Whether you’re guiding students in a classroom or leading a team, Equipped to Care will better prepare you to promote well-being, build resilience, and lead with empathy.
