NEW! Snowshoe Yoga Saturdays, January 26, February 16 & March 23; 10:00am - 12:00pm Get outside this winter and enjoy the outdoors while doing yoga! We will hike for a bit to warm up before enjoying yoga in our snowshoes outside in the fresh air. We will finish by learning about and practicing a walking meditation, all while enjoying the beautiful and peaceful trails at Prescott Farm. This particular hike is mostly flat and perfect for a winter day!
