Join us for a hands-on, 3-hour cooking workshop where you’ll learn to make soft, pillowy potato gnocchi from scratch and prepare a rich, traditional Bolognese sauce—one of Italy’s most comforting classic dishes. Perfect for beginners and food lovers alike, this class offers expert guidance, delicious tastings, and plenty of tips you can take home and use in your own kitchen. Each student will receive recipes to recreate the dishes at home, as well as fresh pasta and sauce to take with them. Students are responsible for cleaning up their workstations at the end of class.
