Description
Spend the first half of this class preparing the mind and body with very gentle yoga combined with relaxed breathing and affirmations to restore balance and harmony to each of the seven major chakras of the body, before reclining onto the mat for a guided meditation. You'll leave renewed, refreshed, and recharged with a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you!
