Jane F. Jordan, The Loan Arranger, has over 30 years of experience in residential mortgage lending, helping hundreds of individuals and families purchase and refinance homes. As a Senior Loan Officer and Branch Manager with Northpoint Mortgage (NMLS#40681), she is known for her commitment to education, strong pre-approvals, and guiding clients through today’s competitive housing market.

Jane is a Certified Mortgage Professional (CMP), NH Housing Top 10 Lender, and NH Housing Fellow. She offers a full range of financing options including conventional, jumbo, renovation, FHA, VA, USDA, and non-QM loans, and works with a variety of property types including single-family homes, condos, and 2–4 unit properties, as well as FSBO transactions.
