Founded in 1954 by Henry S. Maxfield Sr., Maxfield Real Estate quickly established itself as the leading authority for real estate in the Lakes Region. The company’s legacy of excellence continued under the leadership of his son, Henry "Chip" Maxfield Jr., who took the reins in 1983. Through his vision and dedication, Maxfield Real Estate grew to encompass three offices and a team of over 45 agents, solidifying its position as a cornerstone in the local real estate market.

Today, the tradition of family leadership endures with a new father and son team at the helm. After more than twenty years of experience in Lakes Region real estate, Randy Parker has partnered with his son Jon to guide Maxfield Real Estate into the future.
