About Us

Partnership for Public Health, Inc (PPH), was established as a 501(c)(3) organization in 2005 with the mission to improve the health and well-being of the region through inter-organizational collaboration and community and public health improvement projects. PPH integrates multiple public health initiatives and services into a common network of community stakeholders. Since inception PPH’s work has been guided by the Ten Essential Services of Public Health and the Strategic Prevention Framework in conjunction with responding to emerging health and safety issues of the region and state. PPH systematically analyzes the needs of the community, aligned with the State’s priority areas, and assesses projects regarding this alignment.
