About Us
Partnership for Public Health, Inc (PPH), was established as a 501(c)(3) organization in 2005 with the mission to lead and partner in public health strategies across the Lakes Region and New Hampshire for safer and healthier communities. PPH integrates multiple public health initiatives and services into a common network of community stakeholders. Since inception PPH’s work has been guided by the Ten Essential Services of Public Health and the Strategic Prevention Framework in conjunction with responding to emerging health and safety issues of the region and state.
