The Home Possible Project is a Nonprofit Organization with a Mission to Create Supportive Housing Opportunities for Adults with Developmental Disabilities and Similar Disabling Conditions in the Lakes Region of NH. We are Dedicated to Fostering Growth and Independence Through Vocational, Social and Recreational Opportunities. Our Goal is to Provide a Stable, Reliable and Caring Environment that is Sustainable over a Lifetime and Promotes Long-Term Friendships, Well-Being and Self-Worth.
