About Us

Hermit Woods Winery & Eatery, one of Food & Wine Magazine's ''500 Best Wineries in America'' and ''4th Best Tasting Room in America'' by USA Today, is a small boutique winery, cidery, meadery and farm-to-table restaurant and music venue located in downtown Meredith NH. We make a wide variety of traditional and non-traditional wines & meads from local fruit (organic when possible) and raw honey, that are sure to tantalize your taste buds.

When you join us for a tasting, in addition to sharing our wines with you, we will do our best to make your time with us both enjoyable and educational. In addition, we offer tours of our winemaking operation for groups of six or more. We will show you in person how our wine is made. Tours are available by appointment.

We recently added an event space with seating for up to 65 people. The space is available for private parties on a limited basis. Please inquire for details.

We offer live piano music on our concert grand piano on most Friday and Saturday nights.

We a offer a farm-to-table menu and beer, wine, and wine flights. Enjoy some food and wine inside or on our deck.
