Franklin Savings Bank is pleased to welcome Joe Todisco to the role of SVP, Chief Retail & Customer Experience Officer. Joe will be based out of FSB’s Main Office in Franklin, NH.
Joe comes to FSB with a 25-year career in the banking industry. Most recently, Joe held the position of VP, Regional Manager at Northern Bank & Trust, where he oversaw retail and small business banking, developed sales strategies and aligned objectives, fostered critical relationships and partnered with departments to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
“I am most excited to help the Retail team members expand on their current skill sets so that we can offer FSB customers an exceptional experience,” Joe explains. “I wanted to join a community-oriented bank in New Hampshire that places both its employees and its customers first.” Joe is results-driven with experience improving service levels and expanding market share, while fostering high-value client relationships.
