Granite VNA President and CEO Recognized as One of New Hampshire’s Most Influential Business Leaders
Beth Slepian named to New Hampshire Business Review’s “New Hampshire 200” Class of 2025
CONCORD, N.H. – New Hampshire Business Review has named Granite VNA President and CEO Beth Slepian to the New Hampshire 200 Class of 2025 for her leadership in the health care industry. Established in 2019, this list acknowledges and celebrates entrepreneurs and leaders hailing from diverse sectors across the state and their contributions to New Hampshire.
Slepian joined Granite VNA more than 12 years ago and was named President and CEO in 2015. Under her leadership, Granite VNA, New Hampshire’s largest not-for-profit home health and hospice agency, serves thousands of Granite State residents each year, supported by a dedicated and compassionate team of employees and volunteers. She has led the agency’s efforts to expand patient care services and improved clinical management for those with complex health needs, further advancing Granite VNA’s mission.
“It is a great honor to be recognized for the work we do at Granite VNA promoting and supporting health and wellness for all members of our community, from birth to end-of-life,” said Slepian. “Congratulations to all honorees of the NH 200. Together, across industries, we all contribute to the prosperity and wellbeing of our wonderful home state of New Hampshire.”
The challenges presented within the health care industry over the past five years have truly tested home health and hospice providers such as Granite VNA. Yet, according to one nominator, “Slepian guided the agency through this difficult time with confidence, grace, and humor.” While navigating the pandemic, the agency (formerly known as Concord Regional VNA) also completed a merger with Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice to become Granite VNA. Slepian worked alongside the leadership and boards of both organizations, along with attorneys, consultants, and regulators, to finalize the merger in April 2021, all while continuing to guide Granite VNA’s day-to-day pandemic operations.
“I have always appreciated Beth's willingness to share both her successes and failures on her leadership path, and how those experiences shaped her and her leadership style. She is a trusting, forthcoming, and honest leader,” said Granite VNA Home Care Manager Kris Nesheim.
Slepian holds a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from the University of Vermont and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in nonprofit leadership from New England College.
