5th Annual Rock Steady 5K
Description
Come join us for the Fifth Annual RSB Lakes Region for Parkinson's 5K Run/Walk Saturday September 23, 2023! The race will raise funds for Rock Steady Boxing Lakes Region's Adopt-A-Boxer program, equipment and training. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson's, can actually lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life.
This year we have added a $5 early bird discount if you register before September15th!
($20 adults and $15 for kids 14 and under).
Regular Registration (Sept 16 through Sept. 21) will be $25 adults, $20 for kids 14 and under.
Race Day registration $30 adults and $25 youth.
If you cannot participate this year but still wish to support our cause, you still may donate by clicking on the “Donate” tab above. Just a note that we are not a 501(c)3 non-profit.
