Participants will take an in-depth look at the five foundations of stress management—movement, nutrition, hydration, rest, and mindset—and explore how each impacts overall well-being. You’ll leave with a personalized, realistic action plan to help reduce stress and build healthier habits in everyday life. You can take this class alone or both Part 1 and 2. Part 2, June 24
