Description
Writing helps us take the invisible and make it visible! There are many benefits to the practice of journaling and guided imagery meditation, such as: reducing negative emotions, building lifelong coping skills, lowered heart rate, increased patience, tolerance, and self-awareness. Join this class to learn more and start a new journey! This is a 4-week class, plan to attend all 4 sessions for maximum benefit, as each builds on the last.
