About Camp Resilience:
Camp Resilience leverages the scenic outdoors of the New Hampshire Lakes Region to enhance the physical, social, mental, and emotional well-being of military service members, veterans, first responders, and their families. Through outdoor experiential learning, life skills training, and peer-to-peer counseling, we empower participants to build resilience and foster well-being. Our mission is to prepare and encourage them to make a positive impact in their home communities throughout New England.

Current Open Positions:

  1. Administrative Coordinator
    • Position Type: Full-Time
    • Salary: $20-25/hour, commensurate with experience
    • Role: Handling all daily office operations, managing correspondence, supporting retreats, and maintaining website and digital platforms. Your organizational skills, technological savvy and positive can-do attitude will be crucial for ensuring smooth team functioning.
  2. Program Coordinator
    • Position Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours/week)
    • Salary: $20-25/hour, commensurate with experience
    • Role: Leading the planning and coordination of multi-day retreats, managing volunteers, and ensuring quality program implementation. Your ability to plan and collaborate effectively will help create impactful retreat and events.
  3. Volunteer Coordinator
    • Position Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours/week)
    • Salary: $20-25/hour, commensurate with experience
    • Role: Recruiting, cultivating, and managing volunteers while creating a supportive digital platform to facilitate volunteer applications and for communication. Your technology and engagement skills will be vital for building a strong volunteer community.
Key Responsibilities for Each Role:
  • Administrative Coordinator: Managing office functions, maintaining the website and databases, supporting the Executive Director and Board, taking meeting minutes, maintaining financial records, and supporting the execution of retreats.
  • Program Coordinator: Planning 12-20 retreats each year. Coordinating logistics of all retreats including retreat workshops with facilitators. Coordinating sports and outdoor activities. Coordinating with Partner organizations who donate goods and services. Arranging for lodging and meals. Maintaining budgets and documentation.  Providing direction and support to volunteers.
  • Volunteer Coordinator: Developing a volunteer recognition system, managing communications, and supporting program development.
What You Bring:
  • Relevant experience in administrative, program, or volunteer coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Veterans and/or first responders are encouraged to apply.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
