Identity Coffee Co. seeks energetic, reliable individuals to join our team for the 2025/2026 ski season.
Position Summary
We are hiring Seasonal Baristas to operate our popular coffee shop located slopeside at Waterville Valley Ski Resort. This role involves high-volume beverage crafting, preparing and serving light food items (bagels, muffins, paninis), and providing friendly, efficient service to skiers, riders, and mountain guests.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a full menu of hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, smoothies, tea).

Handle light food prep, including making simple sandwiches/paninis and serving baked goods.

Process orders and payments accurately using a POS system.

Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace during busy periods.

Provide consistently exceptional customer service.
Requirements

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Reliable Transportation is Mandatory: Must possess a vehicle prepared for winter driving conditions and be willing to drive to the mountain, even on "Snow Days," as attendance on high-volume days is essential.

Ability to stand for several hours and lift up to 25 pounds (for weekly stock deliveries).

Previous food service or customer service experience is preferred.
