Front Desk Evening Supervisor - Hotel

Train, direct, and supervise Evening Front Desk team to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided.

Possess strong communication skills including the ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of employees and guests.

Ensure the highest degree of guest service and professional conduct at all times.

Utilize service skills to ensure that all needs and issues of the guests are met promptly and with complete satisfaction.

Respond to in-person/phone/email inquiries regarding reservations and hotel information.

Assist in monitoring and maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.

Assist with maintaining the reservation and booking engine systems.

Daily Night Audit for Reservation department.

Daily Night Audit and cash-outs for two Restaurants.

Build strong relationships and communicate with all departments.

Take responsibility in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

Communicate with area businesses.

Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekends as needed

  • In-person

Experience:

  • Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
