ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
- Process new insurance policies, renew insurance policies and modifications
- Obtain information from policyholders to verify the accuracy and completeness of insurance on forms, applications and related documents, and company records
- Update existing policies and company records to reflect changes requested by policyholders and insurance company representatives
- Document management and delivery to clients
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or on pace to graduate if still enrolled in high school
- Be responsible for time management
- Communicate with personnel, clients and companies via email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and in-person
